What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in cash, by mobile wallet or by bank transfer. The reception team confirms the details when you book.
Can I come without a booking?
We recommend booking or contacting reception before you come to make sure the doctor is in and available that day.
Is urgent care a replacement for the emergency room?
No. Urgent care is for non-life-threatening conditions during working hours. Life-threatening conditions must go straight to the nearest emergency department or call an ambulance on 123.
